How to Schedule an Intake Appointment
To schedule an intake appointment, please call our office directly (202)750-4918 or click the "Start your journey "tab at the top of page. Agencies /attorneys complete the “Refer a Client” form located at the bottom of this page. Please include your name and agency information on the " Referring agency "section.
If you were referred by one of our Outreach Coordinators, please include their Employee ID number when submitting your form. This helps us assign you to the appropriate Case Manager who can best address your specific needs and ensure a smooth, timely intake process.
We look forward to supporting you on your path toward stability, empowerment, and meaningful employment.
Insurance & Payment Information
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we do not currently accept insurance plans. However, we are actively working toward becoming an approved provider.
We understand that many of the individuals we serve may not have the financial ability to pay out of pocket. Our mission is centered on access — not barriers. That is why we have developed flexible and compassionate payment options to ensure services remain available.
Our Payment Options Include:
✔ “Pay Us Later” Incentive Program
Individual clients may begin services with little to no upfront cost. We will help locate funding to pay for services Those who choose this option are asked to sign a simple reimbursement agreement to repay our low-cost service plan upon completion of their individualized case plan.
✔ Sponsored Services( outreach)
Through the generosity of donors and community sponsors, some clients may qualify to have services fully or partially sponsored when referred by our care coordinators or your local government agencies.
✔ Attorney/Employer Direct Billing (Injury/Workers comp-Related Cases)
Clients who are victims of accidents/injury may be eligible for direct billing arrangements that are pre-coordinated through their employer/attorney.
We are committed to dignity and respect in every aspect of our services.
We never refer our outreach clients to debt collection agencies.
Our goal is to remove financial obstacles — not create them — so individuals can focus on rebuilding their lives and achieving independence.
